HLBJ02-G1, sebuah alat keselamatan penting untuk lokasi pengisian bahan bakar yang dilengkapi dengan kabel spiral dan penjepit. Perangkat ini didesain khusus untuk mencegah ledakan dan kebakaran yang disebabkan oleh listrik statis saat proses pengisian bahan bakar.

Alarm ini akan berbunyi saat sistem grounding tidak terpasang dengan baik. Dengan begitu, Anda bisa langsung mengetahui apakah jalur grounding sudah terhubung dengan benar ke badan tangki atau drum, memberikan peringatan dini untuk menghindari bahaya.

Instalasinya sangat mudah. Anda bisa memasangnya dengan dua cara utama:

  • Dipasang di dinding (Wall Installation), ideal untuk area yang dekat dengan lokasi pengisian bahan bakar.
  • Dipasang di tiang (Pillar Installation), pilihan yang fleksibel jika pemasangan di dinding tidak memungkinkan.

Perangkat ini sangat cocok untuk industri perminyakan dan petrokimia, memastikan setiap proses pengisian bahan bakar berlangsung dengan aman dan terkendali.

  4. Used for static grounding in inflammable and explosive places such as oil and chemical industries, product platform, railway tanker, LPG, gasoline stations, LPG stations, which guarantees reliably during oil-loading operation.

 

Product Features
  1. The shell is an iron cabinet (type G), iron box (P type) or die-cast aluminum alloy (Type G1), the surface is sprayed by high voltage static, exposed stainless steel fasteners;
  2. Built-in battery, design with ultra low power, do not need to replace the battery during normal use;
  3. Sealing overall with epoxy resin, corrosion-proof, waterproof and moisture-proof;
  4. Alarm circuit responses rapidly and grounding resistance is independently and automatically tracked and tested (≤ 55 Ω), when the grounding resistance is ≤ 55 Ω, it will make a sound and light alarm immediately (< 1 s) to ensure reliable grounding between alarm and grounding stud;
  5. Static grounding clip adopts advanced technology and has sufficient flexibility, with multi-special alloy thirties of contact, high hardness, and has an ability of breaking paint and cleaning rust. It is designed to pulling resistance so that it can prevent from breaking the cable joint;
  6. Static grounding clip is standard with 7.5-meter PU spiral cable (can stretch 7.5 meters) according to the requirements can be equipped with 10-meter-15-meter cable (can stretch 7.5 meters-12.5 meters), tensile, oil resistant, hydrolysis resistant, abrasion resistant, corrosion resistant and cold resistant (to -40 ℃) etc.;
  7. The grounding cable has 3-meter PU straight cable, and grounding installation bolts.
